If for any reason you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help.

Returns


You may return eligible items within 7 days of receiving your order.


Items must be unused, unwashed, and in their original packaging with all tags attached.


To start a return, please contact us via WhatsApp or email with your order number and reason for return.


Once approved, you can bring the item back to our store or arrange a pickup (if available in your area).

Exchanges


Exchanges are accepted for different sizes or colors, subject to availability.


If the desired item is unavailable, you may choose another product or request store credit.




Non-Returnable Items


Items on sale or promotion cannot be returned or exchanged.


For hygiene reasons, bedding (sheets, pillowcases, etc.) can only be returned if unopened and unused.




Refunds


Refunds are issued only in the form of store credit or exchange; no cash refunds.


Store credit will be processed within 3–5 business days after the returned item is received and inspected.
