Here are some common questions about our loyalty program.
Simply create an account on our website, application or upon purchase from our showrooms, you will automatically start earning points on every purchase.
You earn points upon each purchase.
Each 1$ spent is equal to 1 point. Make sure phone number is given to the sales associate upon purchase or if buying through website or application, to login through your email address.
Either ask the sales associate if buying physically from our showrooms or login through your email address to our website/ application and go to “Loyalty Rewards”. Your current points balance will be displayed there.
Your sales associate can assist you with that if buying from showroom or you can login to the website/ application, add items to your card, go to the Loyalty Rewards section, select the preferred reward chosen, click to apply to card which will automatically show on checkout.
Your points expire at the end of each year cycle besides Platinum, they remain available for 24 months.
Points expire after 12 months for all tiers besides Platinum members, they get to keep their
titles for a lifetime & their points for 24 months.

Terms & Conditions Apply
- Points are non-transferable and have no cash value.
- Points are earned based on the pre-tax purchase amount, before VAT.
- Tier discounts ( 5%, 15%, 25%) apply to full-priced merchandise only, not discounted one.
- Points and tier status are valid for 12 Months for the Bronze & Silver afterwards the tier and points that are inactive or unredeemed will be reset.
- The Platinum get to keep their points for 12 Months but their status for 24 months otherwise, will be reset.
- 360 Brand reserves the right to modify or cancel the loyalty program, change tier benefits at any time with 30 days notice via social media, email or SMS.
- Participation is open to individual customers aged 18 or older.
- To earn points, customers must provided a valid name and contact method.
- Only one loyalty account is permitted per person, email address & phone number.
- Points cannot be earned on the purchase of gift cards, during clearance events or any marked promotional items.
- Phone number must be presented upon checkout upon time of purchase in our showroom or customer must be logged in through the app.
